Their response was impressively fast, their diligence exceptionally thorough, and their communication refreshingly honest and transparent. While they ultimately decided not to invest, they provided a clear and thoughtful explanation that showed real respect for our time and work. If every investor operated with this level of integrity and clarity, the fundraising process would be dramatically better for founders. We deeply appreciated the experience and only wish more firms took their approach.
